This universal, DIY conference room and slider sign frame from the Vista Square line is ideal for any office setting. Perfect as a conference room, door or office sign to display the availability of a particular room, meeting or person. Personalize the paper inserts for meeting rooms, personnel nameplates, doctor's offices and much more.  This particular frame is designed to accommodate an 8.5 x 11 paper insert which is especially convenient when meeting room agendas, presentations or events need to be updated frequently.

The sign consists of a flat, letter-size 10-inch wide anodized aluminum frame. The top is an 8.5 x 11-inch, removable, non-glare acrylic lens while the bottom consists of a 2-inch high black slider element.  A black divider strip separates the two pieces. The frame comes in brushed silver or black and the end caps come in high impact grey or black plastic.  The paper sign inserts are not included since clients prefer to customize their conference room signs to their specific needs. To assist in that process, we do provide a template to help in customizing your sign should you need one. 


Regardless of how you decide to do it, printing paper inserts for your signs is simple, fast and economical. The lens is removed using a suction cup (provided) making changing your inserts quick and easy.
